They have 2 lanes and only 1 speaker.. waiting in line only to have 3 other cars cut in front because they went into the other lane .. they also did not give me what I asked for .. I was not about to go through that crazy line again to fix it.
Really great experience here. The employee who served me had dark hair, piercings, and an alternative style, and she was incredibly kind. She handled a difficult customer ahead of me with patience and professionalism, even though the issue wasn’t her fault. Afterward, she was so friendly, complimented me, and made my drink perfectly. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who stays positive under pressure. Thank you for the great service!!
The server in the drive thru automatically assumed that my change was a tip, did not offer to give me my change, simply said thank you. I would have told her to keep the change, but it should not be assumed.
