When I ask for a “CREAM CHEESE “bagel, I would love to at lease have the cream cheese covering my bagel. I don’t mean 1”think but at lease cover the bagel.. went tonight and I literally maybe got 1/4 of my bagel with the cream cheese and just left over of what he had on his knife. We pay extra for the cream cheese 🥯 but we don’t get any..... 🤬
Totally disappointed in the Campbellton Tim Horton. Twice I ordered a large ice coffee with no sugar base just to get a mouthful of sugar with my first sip of coffee. Today I sent my granddaughter for a large ice coffee with no cream, when I took my fist sip again all I tasted was sugar. She kept apologizing for the mistake however the mistake was made by the Tim Horton employees. She, my granddaughter, checked the monitor and it clearly stated no sugar base, no cream.

Tim Hortons offers a people-friendly atmosphere with limited but spacious parking. The restaurant is kid-friendly with appropriately dressed staff and mild language. However, wheelchair accessibility is very limited. Customers recommend asking for cream cheese on the side to get the full amount.
