They get it right. Every. Single. Time. Tried the spicy pickle onion mama burger and it was a succulent masterpiece. Always ask for seasoning on your fries. Then like magic. You get the best fries in the fry game. Bravo.

I loved the burguers ( we asked for the mozzarella and the beyond meat to try) and both were really good!Root beer was super cold so I loved it and just to try we asked for the sweet potato fries and it was a good surprise, highly recommended.The only bad thing was the service, everyone was super friendly don't get me wrong but sometimes they take a lot of time between the orders because there's no much staff but we totally understand to wait a few more minutes.

Beside of the dead mice near the entrance door I guess everthing was OK.....
'My daughter and I went in there this evening for late dinner.The service was bad and the restaurant was full of flies and little ones. There was 4 of us in the store and all our orders were taken. It still took us at least 20 mins to get our food by then the cold root beer was not that cold anymore. She served everyone that went through the window while we were waiting. We couldn’t stand the flies bugging us while we were trying to eat our food.We gave up and left I would not recommend eating there until the restaurant gets a good cleaning

More than 1/2 hr after ordering, still waiting for food. One group of customers (5 people) in front of me, 2 workers in the kitchen . This shouldn’t take this long. I could have cooked dinner faster. Food was fresh though.

Normally ,I have nothing but good to say about A&W but today they over charged me twice ,they messed up my order, I went back and they gave me another order ,only to mess that one up too ,this time I didn't bother to go back . The worst was when we eat our order ,the onions tasted greassy if thats even possible, I'm do hope that this is an isolated incident

I used to love this place, but tonight I went in, had clerks audibly making fun of me, and my high school kid cashier smirking over her shoulder, who refused to serve me in English.I asked for a refund, every single one of them knew why. I very likely dodged some kid spitting in my burger.
