Lone line up to order food then long delay in getting it brought to table. No decaf refills no water offered or butter or jam for toast or salt and pepper - . None on outdoor tables. Omelets good size and ok but pricey ok

It has all the makings of a lovely brunch spot but something is just off. We entered on a busy Sunday and immediately did not understand the layout. It is unclear whether you seat yourself, wait for a server or advance to the cash lines. There is no signage and no table numbers. Once we finally determined that we needed to order at the counter, we waited over 45mins just to order, had people cutting in line to order to-go items and were served beautiful lattes on a cafeteria trays that we had to walk upstairs with. The staff seemed sweet but overrun. The food looked delicious but took over an hour and a half to be served. By then, my latte was cold and while one other table was offered water, we never were. You also have to bus your own dishes, but again, there is no sign. With cloth napkins and cafeteria trays, this place is confused on its identity. I will not recommend or return unless major changes happen. Why not do a downstairs café and upstairs table service?

Amazing coffee, tasty food, very professional and kind personnel. Only downside, when it’s busy, you have to wait in a line to order and wait again when seated for your brunch to be ready, I am sure it’s related to not enough people to do the table service.

Wow, outstanding food and service. Had the sandwich with soup and the bread was perfect.

Great coffees and wonderful choices of breakfasts, desserts and bread. The atmosphere is comfortable and warm, no cheap fast food furniture. The staff is friendly and aims to please. I would not miss it.

Brought my international student from Germany and her family to this AMAZING bakery. Service is always great when I visit here. I am from Bathurst and ADORE this bakery. The gentleman was SOOO KIND and took the time to chat with us and let my company talk french with him. Such lovely service, and I will continue to bring my international students here every year.....waaaaayyy better service than what we received from a fast food place down the road right before visiting this bakery ;)

I love their latte's. I love to go there to meet my friend and chat over a good coffee. They serve breakfast and lunch. The inside is very quaint. In the summer, they have a few tables outside. Besides breads, coffees, etc., they have a little corner with specialty foods.
Something that's fun, there is a bookstore next door. The café is also near the bike path.

Recently came here for coffee and pastries. Food was great and fresh. Staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Perfectly located near the main road and biking trail. Highly recommended!

This is a must when in Caraquet. There is enough food on one plate for two people! But it's delicious food and the pastries are amazing!

Lovely indoor décores but we sat outside and the road is busy with cars so it was loud. I suggest creating a live lattice as sound barrier. Service is ultra slow. Cappuccino was good. I had the escargot with pistachios and my friend had the chocolate croissant, both served cold, pastry was soft not flakey.
