Mostly immigrants working. Only issue is the communication barrier. Simply tried ordering a bagel with cream cream, (drive thru) worker couldn’t understand me & I couldn’t understand him so I just got coffee. I wonder how much more business they loos out on due to lack of understanding customers. Also, never met with a smile. One man messed up my order on a separate occasion. I ordered 2 coffees & at the window he tried charging me for 3. I told him I only ordered 2 & he was arguing that I ordered 3. No more customer service that’s for sure. I’m done with this place,

Slow to serve. 6 people at the drive through and no one for the front cash. Bad for business. 3 people walked out from waiting too long. Orders are wrong half the time I come here. Half the people don't even speak the language.

I rate 4 stars because I had very good lunches and coffee often but just as often it was less good and I had coffee beans in the bottom of my coffee so it depends on who is working but in general 3/4 of the time I still know a good tim.
