My coworker from Cameroon called to make an order. She spoke in French, and when the worker at Anchor’s point couldn't understand her accent, she hung up on her. She didn't even try to understand. My coworker spoke only a few words, and the phone got hung up on her. Therefore, I called back to order for my coworker, and when she went to pick up her food, they ignored her and didn't even speak to her. They are incredibly racist, and that is not acceptable behaviour.

Very disappointed with this place. 40 minutes from sitting down to receiving our meals. People came in after us and received their meals before us. The place was not busy. The waitress didn’t come and ask us if everything was good and refill our glasses of water. We wanted to try the place, we did and will not be returning.

Food is good, and the price can't be beaten. The waitress who served us today was amazing! And super friendly BUT, the older gentleman who cleans the table is cranky and pass weird comments to younger customer.... maybe he should learn a bit of manners.
On se sent tellement chanceux d'être près d'une si belle place ! Les plats sont délicieux, cuisinés finement et présentés avec goût. Les prix sont raisonnables, les assiettes sont pleines. La place est amicale et la dame qui nous a servis était adorable, et très aimable avec notre petit garçon ! Des endroits comme ça manquent aujourd'hui dans certaines communautés, et Cocagne a de la chance d'avoir cette "anchor" :) Felt like home. Bright, kind, peaceful place. A gem! We feel so lucky to be near such a beautiful place! The dishes are delicious, finely cooked and tastefully presented. The prices are reasonable, the plates are full. The place is friendly and the lady who served us was adorable, and very kind to our little boy!
