“Wonderful collection of local art. Great Latte! Manager opened for us on Monday even though they were closed. She opened the gallery and we saw amazing photographs of winter fishing. Highly recommend stopping to browse and have a refreshment.”

“I was there on August 2, 2025 and had the lobster roll. It was not near as good as it used to be in previous years. There were no chunks of lobster to be found. It was more of a mushy paste. The rest was good and the price is really great.”

I went in early Sunday afternoon in November and the downstairs was almost at capacity. Even so, my server was quick to take my order and my meal arrived in no more than 10 minutes.
I had the Lobter Roll, which is accompanied by two delightful salads and a heaping pile of chips. The green salad was topped with an addictive strawberry dressing that dazzled my taste buds. The pasta salad was fresh with a very nice splash of feta cheese to top. The lobster roll was fresh, light and beautifully prepared and presented.
This was a memorable stop on my east coast vacation. Would Recommend for all those Adventures in Wonderland fans, its a must see!”

“We have used Dixie Lee many many times over it's time in Shediac and the most recent time was end of Nov. December 9th we ordered a huge order as we had company at our home . A barrel plus an extra 12 piece . our bill was 120.00 . we was excited for our company to try this chicken as we had told them how good it was . we all started eat .. it was so salty we took the skin off and tried the chicken. so salty .. not one of us 7 people could eat it . it was beyond Salt . I do not know what happened but it was disgusting. We called the business the next day and explained how terrible it was .. they replied with bring a piece in for us to try .. which my son did yesterday. They told us it was our taste buds that was off ... lol . sorry but 7 adults and all felt it was 25 times salty then it should be . The salads and French Fries was good .. The chicken was terrible. I hope the business owner is aware of this . as I am a business owner and would want to know if someone who is a regular returning client was nit satisfied with my service .. We WILL NEVER Order Dixxie Lee in Shediac Again .. it was disgusting and terrible customer service . after telling us it was our test buds .. we always ordered from there because it's not as salty as other places .. our business means nothing .I spoke with the owner after the assistant manager told me .. if we did not come back to the restraunt it would not matter to them . One client means nothing . The owner called me shortly after and was intoxicated at 10 pm at night and confirmed she was going on vacation to drop off the rest of the chicken which I did and she would get back to me in early January 2025 ... since then its crickets.. not a email , not a call , nothing . We will never darken your door . We did not expect much however fix your wrong salty chicken .”
