Seriously dissapointed, food was edible but they're insanely stingy on the ingredients and the attitude of the lady who served me was garbage, also the food wasn't anything to write home about, I could make better tacos at home, $15 for 2 of what looks like an old El Paso taco kit. Oh and for a place called guacamole, you'd think the tacos would come with guacamole.... Lol.
If probably recommend it if it wasn't 15 dollars for two small tacos.

I have been coming here for years, and the last maybe 6 times I have been deeply disappointed in the way I’m treated and how I’m served. There’s an employee there Lisa her name is I believe early 50’s I’d say. One of the rudest people I’ve met. I went there yesterday and ordered my usual order, 3 soft tacos. They barely added chicken like pretty much half of what I usually get there. I asked for a bit more, of course they said it would be extra so I said fine could I do more rise and beans then? The employee serving me smiled and said yes. Lisa was in the back getting visibly mad at my request? And then stayed behind the employee the rest of my order smirking and judging every word of mine. When it came to my sauces I usually do 3 sauces like always. She tried charging me for more I said no, and she said well we can do a little bit of all 3 but not a lot if not I have to charge you extra, I said fine we’ll do that I guess (even tho I’ve been getting this exact thing for years) when it came time to pay she charged me extra so I did the math and she wrongly charged me and charged me for extra sauce?? So I decided to not accept that and we kinda went back and forth until she said fine I’ll take it off and charged me the right amount. While this whole time smirking and being incredibly rude when me myself I was very nice explaining myself. I was with someone else as well and we were both so shocked and fed up. And this is not my first bad experience here, and I’ve been told a few similar stories from friends and families but this time I was like this is insane. I’m leaving a review and they just lost a very loyal customer. I wish I had recorded this but it’s not in my nature to do so but I did get a picture of this lady.

This was my first time visiting New Brunswick, and I just wanted to grab a quick meal. The options at the mall were limited, but this restaurant looked interesting, so I decided to try it.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The server was very unprofessional. Even though there was minimal interaction, her attitude and mannerisms were noticeably unpleasant. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.
The portion sizes were also underwhelming. When I asked for a little extra, her reaction was clearly annoyed, more than you would expect for a simple request.
Another issue that stood out was how the sauces were handled. Only one sauce (a sour cream–type sauce) was visible. Other options like chipotle were not displayed or offered, I had to specifically ask to find out they even had them. Hidden under the counter. For a food establishment, it’s odd not to present or at least mention all available options. If I hadn’t asked, I wouldn’t have known.
Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming. The service and lack of transparency left a poor impression, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my visit.

Ordered a burrito bowl. Was cold and mushy. Didn’t listen to what I wanted and tried to rush me when I was the only one in the line. Completely downsized the proportions in comparison to other restaurants from this chain. Terrible service, will not return.

I got pork nachos and the pork and corn were both completely unseasoned, and the salsa verde is brown and also unseasoned. Service was quick, and the black beans were good.

I love Chipotle from the US but I have had a hard time finding place that is similar to it without compromising the taste of the meat or other ingridients.
However, this place was spot on!
From the meat choices to the salsas, it was almost identical to chipotle.
