Stopped by for a coffee run a couple weeks back on my way to work, around 7:30am, and even with the line out the door they moved through people fast. Got my usual double double and a toasted bagel with cream cheese, both fresh and hot, no complaints there. The staff working the drive thru window recognized regulars and were cracking jokes while still keeping the line moving, which says a lot about how well they're managed. I would like to recognize Navdeep for her outstanding customer service. She is always friendly and welcoming.Her positive attitude and kindness make every visit enjoyable,and she truly represents Tim Hortons in the best way. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond.
Came for breakfast, decided on takeout. Lobby/dining area was filthy, ice capp was watery and my cheese biscuit was soggy and barely toasted. Everyone arguing and asking eachother to do stuff, nobody managing or taking initiative. Poorly ran

This Tim Hortons is considered one of the better locations in the Moncton area. They are quick and efficient, and usually get orders right. Customers have praised the excellent service, with one customer mentioning a staff member who went above and beyond to correct an order. Another customer had an amazing experience with a staff member named Axel, who provided great customer service and was very kind and generous. However, there have been some concerns about a staff member without a hairnet who was touching their clothing while working in the sandwich unit.
