The chicken is delicious, very soft, melts in your mouth. There are many sauces to choose from. For Asian people, it may feel dull. There's no sauce like our style. But if you buy it to take home, you can make the sauce in our style.

Fast service, very good food and relaxed atmosphere! I tried the Saint Hubert fried chicken for the first time and I really liked it. The sauce the chicken is served with is really delicious but the chicken itself is just okay. All in all, very good knowing that it’s a new product!

We stopped at St-Hubert during a long road trip and the food was excellent! classic rotisserie chicken done just right: juicy, flavorful, and served hot. The fries were crispy, and the signature St-Hubert gravy pulled everything together beautifully.
