Stopped by for a coffee before a sunrise photo walk along the river and the drive-thru line moved fast even at 7am on a Sunday. Grabbed a French vanilla and a toasted bagel with cream cheese, sat by the window to warm up my hands before heading back out with the camera. The staff at the counter were friendly and didn't rush me even though I was juggling two lenses and a tripod bag. During my recent visit to Tim Hortons, I experienced a rather disappointing interaction. While the staff were friendly and smiling with other customers, I was met with a sad and unwelcoming expression when it was my turn. This made me feel quite disheartened. Tim Hortons is a popular coffee shop, but the reviews suggest some areas for improvement. The lack of staff sometimes results in long wait times, and employees are not always efficient or helpful. Still, the location is clean and has plenty of parking, with an access ramp for wheelchair users. The staff are generally pleasant and fast, but the quality of food and coffee can vary, with some customers experiencing burnt sandwiches and poor-tasting coffee. Customers should be cautious about dietary restrictions, as some orders may not meet specific needs. Overall, visitors may want to consider going during off-peak hours to avoid longer waits. The restaurant is situated in a busy area with many other services nearby, including a hotel, car wash, casino, and convenience store.
