Whilst travelling, we stopped at the Quality Hotel. This restaurant came recommended by the front desk staff. They commented that it was a very nice restaurant and they weren’t saying that because they worked there. My husband and I decided to give it a try. We had the pasta carbonara and the rib eye steak. Steak was cooked to perfection. Pasta was also very good. We would recommend.
Had the filet mignon rare - the only way to have filet mignon! Baked potato all dressed and a small cesar salad. Wrapped it all together with a nice ruffino white. The white wine actually works.
This restaurant is found on the second floor of the Grey Rock Casino, in Edmundston.
There's plenty of seating for groups of all sizes and the dining room is usually very clean. During this visit, the place was packed and buzzing. Great atmosphere offering a view overlooking the city on one side of the dining room and the slot machines on the other side.
