Absolutely standard as far as Canadian Chinese food. That's not a bad thing. You know what your getting 100% of the time. Though I would like a bit more beef in my beef and broccoli.

This is the worst "Chinese" food I have ever had. The only thing nice about this place was the building and the nice lady serving the food. When we complained to the owner, he was very rude and he would not discount our meals. 2 out of the 6 of us ran to the bathroom after eating our meals. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for a meal. We should have known better, as all the other restaurants in town were full and this one was empty! Egh....

Good sized portions, vegetable szechuan was good rice could of helped. So more vegetarian appetizers would be good.

Worst Chinese food I have ever had. No chicken in the chicken balls, and the batter was orange and oil soaked.Chow Mein was just MSG soaked cabbage, the beef in the broccoli was grey, chewy and inedible. I am not sure what was in the egg rolls, it looked like formed catfood, burnt and oil soaked. I spent $70, and it went in the trash. I don't think that the oil has been changed in a while. The fried rice was OK, but no chicken in it, but it gave me heartburn, and I think I drank 8L of water to get the salt out of my mouth. They made me leave a star, but it is a zero. Wong Wing frozen dinners at the Co-Op are a 10 next to Le Lai.

As the only Chinese restaurant in town it does the job, but if you have choices then I suggest exercising your options, wonton soup was flavour full but had shrimp in it, my first experience with this option as I thought the choices were chicken, pork or shrimp, but came with all three, and I do not eat shrimp lucky im not allergic... Beef broccoli was very little sauted, almost raw and my opinion of rice was good flavour but very dry... Not sure anyone eats in restaurant as the large dinning was empty...

Wonderful food and service. Don't listen to the negatives from others. The chicken balls were a normal size with a good amount of chicken; the deep fried shrimp was the best. We both had a number 5 and good portions. Nice and clean looking and the waitress was lovely. Thank you for one of the best Chinese food meals in NB we have ever had!

Like chicken chow mien. Find chicken balls have to much batter. Newly renovated building. Good location.

I’d give this restaurant ZERO stars if I could. We ordered take out tonight. Absolutely the worstChinese food we've ever tasted! You have to squint to see the chicken inside thechicken balls and they tasted like lemon with overcooked hard batter. The rice tasted like you weredrinking soy sauce right out of the jar. 2 tinypieces of beef in the beef and broccoli but therewas many other vegetables added into it. Won tonsoup had a few pieces but it was mostly broth andcut up lettuce. The egg rolls are something we'venever experienced before it was the egg roll wrapand a chunk of meat that looked like pate cat foodand tasted disgusting. Garlic short ribs wereabsolute mush and barely any meat. We literallyate a few bites and threw everything in thegarbage. $71.00 absolutely wasted and we're allstill hungry.Save your money and don't order from here!
