We had a fantastic experience at Sumac! The food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, and packed with wonderful flavors. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable for a great meal.
A special shout-out to Hasan for exceptional service—attentive, friendly, and truly going above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable visit. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Stopped in Florenceville-Bristol on a road trip a couple weeks back and grabbed a table on the patio overlooking the river, which was honestly the best part of the whole stop. The panini and a glass of wine hit the spot after driving all morning, and the portions were bigger than I expected for a small town cafe.
