I visited the regent mall frederction , i ordered a meal, and politely corrected the employee regarding my drink selection when I noticed the screen displayed root beer. The employee responded, and I apologized for not hearing him initially, as I was about to place my drink order. Unfortunately, he displayed poor customer service by giving me attitude and pushing the drink onto the order table, making me feel like I had made a significant mistake. It's worth noting that this occurred on a Tuesday, a relatively quiet day with no lineup. The employee's name was Curts . I understand if he had a bad day but he need to work in his customer service because customers deserve respect and eye contact .

Regent mall food court location. Used to visit this location often, recently decided to stop get take out papa burger combo ,onion rings.Not busy but still took several min.to get order. Arrived home opened ,thought they had given me baby by mistake? the condiments were insulting why bother putting them on? ,the ultra thin patty s were so salty, root beer ? was soda water. Onion rings were good to their credit, but for 18$ left a bad enough taste. Wont be returning . The extra * is only for the Rings.
