“My wife and I went to the Prospect St. Swiss Chalet for lunch on Friday March15th. We arrived before the noon hour rush. The lady at the front desk met us and, with a little humor, guided us to our seat. Our waitress, Megan, came along and quickly got us our drinks. She had taken in a remark that I said and that opened a door for her to break into conversation. Not in a nosy way. She was very polite and well spoken. In this day and age it is hard to find people in their late teens and early 20s that have such good manners and people skills. She had just the right skill to check on us, do her job with other customers, and have an actual conversion instead of the generic "How are you doing today?" Kudos to Megan for the great service that we received from her. Also, the food was so good and so much that we couldn't even finish it all. Giving a very high rating because this has been the best dining experience that we have had in quite a while”

“Just moved back to N.B. last month and was really concerned about finding a place with great steak/prime rib. My friend suggested STMR.36 and, I have to say, what a great recommendation! Great atmosphere and excellent service from Martina, and John (the general manager) even stopped by our table to make sure that we were well looked after. We had the jalapeño poppers and prime rib, which were delicious and cooked to perfection. The margaritas were really good. Love this place, amazing food, great management and staff, can't wait to go back!”

It has plenty of free parking and it a quick turn just off of Madawaska Rd.Upon entry. we were greeted by staff and requested a view of the falls by the window. There were plenty of signs stating "staff shortages" however that did not affect our service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the local history.”

The coffee was freshly ground for every pot. What a great spot! The only regret is that it took me 13 years to come here! Not a great group place as there is only counter service but awesome for a few people in a group (1-5). It takes a bit longer to get your order than other restaurants BUT... it is fresh and hot because they only do on order (slip) at a time! Too bad there isn't an option for 10 ⭐ out of 5!”

“This restaurant not only has the best food in Fredericton, but also the best service - I just had the owner personally drive my vehicle out of their parking lot after getting stuck in the snow. This saved me from having to wait for CAA to tow my car out and also reminded me how wonderful people can be. My wife has a food allergy, and though not anaphlactic, it does create a skin irritation that can last for days.They also botched her order by only giving her half the food she had ordered.When she addressed the issue, they corrected it as they should.They chose to clear the garbage while we were seated about a meter from it. It wasn't full, so they could have given us a few minutes to clear out.The food itself was tasty but the overall experience could have been better.”

“I bought feta stuffed loaves and the Easter treats. The feta stuffed loaves lasted less the 24 hours. My son stated, ‘this bread you brought home is amazing’…..and then ate a whole loaf on the spot. The cake stuffed Easter treats were a huge hit. My kids are adults and this was a great easter treat for them. They also ate them in seconds flat. I cannot wait to try more from the menu. The owner is lovely to deal with and very accommodating. I will 100% be ordering again and 100% recommend!”

It’s a very homey diner, it’s bathrooms and atmosphere is clean and the waitresses are extremely patient and inviting. we did wait a bit for our food but it was a big order so that’s normal. when we got the food it was all perfectly cooked and very delicious. the portions were good for the prices. there’s also a make your own coffee bar and coolers so you can pick your own drinks (anything from juice to energy drinks). in the end our bill came to 178.22 and for the food we got it was well worth it. we tipped 40$ and thanked them for being patient with us. will definitely be back:))”

We own a supplement store in town, and any time we don’t have an item for customers or need an item ourselves we always refer to Aura! The staff and owners are very much aligned with their overall mission at that store and I commend them for staying true to their values. We hosted a retirement party there and everyone of the 80 people who attended were blown away by this restaurant and their professionalism. It was simply delicious. “We just had lunch here and it was amazing. The food was incredible, the service was better! The portions are generous and bursting with flavour. Authentic Mexican food. Delicious lime margaritas. Our server also suggested we come back for a Saturday night Salsa dancing lesson. After the bar is open for a night of fun! We will definitely be back. Make sure to check in with the restaurant because this happens every 3rd Saturday.”

“Looking around for a place to eat and one where the locals are always lined up outside seemed to be an indication as to what was available inside. That indicator proved to be correct. A very nice arrangement of tables inside where you're not crammed together. Not overly noisy, so that you can talk and hear each other. Oh yeah, the food was tasty and fresh.Parking: You may have to circle the lot a few times to find parking. Don't try it if you are pulling a trailer.”
