“Typical busy McDonald’s on Prospect Street. At peak times it feels a bit like organized chaos—lots of people, lots of movement, and everyone trying to get their fries as quickly as possible. Despite the bustle, the staff kept things moving and the food was exactly what you’d expect. Not the calmest dining experience, but it gets the job done.“
“The employees are good, fast the only issues arise when mobile orders or skip orders come in then it will be a wait unfortunately. When those aren't being filled it's fast. I prefer one of the workers to make an ice coffee since she makes it honestly better.
Kid-friendliness: All the employees are kind and friendly towards kids.“
“This restaurant has all of McDonalds new ordering apps. I am an old dude so I ordered at the counter. I didn't have their app on my phone so I couldn't use it obviously and it was lunchtime at the nearby High School so I couldn't preorder at the display close to the door either. It intimidated me a bit plus there was a couple of dozen teenagers crowded around it as well. I may try it at 2 pm or so when the restaurant is less busy and I have time to figure it out. I do love their new table service. After you order you have a seat and they bring the meal to you. Sweet!!!“
“This McDonald's location is awesome! I love Megan, and the rest of the employees. I am there 1-2 times daily. I started going there six months ago after ditching Tim Hortons after 30 years of loyalty. Tim Hortons has turned into a joke. McDonald's has the original recipe, it tastes better, it's cheaper, I get it way faster anytime of day, and it doesn't leak out of the crack of the cup as often either. Also the coffee is way more consistent, and actually stirred 99% of the time. You also earn a FREE coffee faster,... almost twice as fast. Nothing like a McDouble with added mac sauce once in awhile either. Note that every fast food service makes mistakes, and most people only make reviews when they have something bad to say not good. Thanks Ronald McDonald!!!“
