McDonald's in Saint John

“24-7 busy McDonald's location. Drive through gets very busy at times, so much in fact that people frequently line up on the street to enter. I have usually found the service to be friendly and orders correctly fulfilled. A second drive through lane has recently been added (Jan 2024).“

“Manager she was nice & quick very friendly & patient with me.
They have good deals at this location! Very clean location. As they have a playground there. So it’s nice to see they take care and keep it spotless.

Drive thru no wait time at all.“

“Jane on the front cash today was outstanding. What an incredible employee to have. Such a proud and efficient worker, I was not surprised to see that she has won employee of the month in the past. Give that lady employee of the year next. Terrific job Jane!“

“This did not effect me personally, however, I want to give a shout out to Christina. I was in the store yesterday with my grandson and there were 2 older gentleman behind me. One was not pleased with his burger and had a complaint. Christina was at their table listening to one of the gentleman repeat himself multiple times about how he wanted his burger prepared and the type of chicken. She had lots of patience and was over the top polite. After she left, the line Manager, Amanda ended up at their table as well and she was just as polite. I was very impressed and let both of them know this. They deserve a pat on the back for a job well done ?“
