The Donair burger piqued my curiosity and wow did it ever deliver. My partner had the same burger with a regular poutine and the poutine was great. I had regular fries and curiousity got the best of me so I grabbed a Mac Daddy poutine as well and oh my. I saw it being prepared and it was later of deliciousness. It was handed to me and it was a thing a beauty. Everything tasted great and was perfectly cooked. Not a single negative aspect to the experience. From luxury fine dining to roadside stands to pulling the fish out of the ocean myself, they all have one thing in common. After taking that first bite, Im always brought back to the same thought. "This isn't as good as deluxe'“

“I thought this was absolutely delicious. The batter on the fish was a little sweet. It was perfectly deep fried - really nicely crispy without being overdone. The fries were clearly at least double fried. They were so incredibly crispy.

I'm a larger person and I had absolutely no hope of fitting at their tables (everything is fixed to the floor), so I had to eat in my vehicle. I saw a much smaller patron who also didn't fit, so keep that in mind. No big deal, really, but I always appreciate tables with moveable chairs as an option.“

“The ice cream is always delicious and staff are kind and push out products very fast, however the location is so small that customers trip over each other if there are more than a few people in the store, not really having any place to wait before/after ordering. It's always a game for asking everyone if they're waiting or have already ordered so you don't jump ahead.

Parking: 3 rows of parking, one along the building and 2 back to back, however the furthest back one doesn't seem to have much room to pull in and out so if the lot fills up and your in the back you may be blocked in.“

“I’ve been to McDonald’s a few times and love the Junior Chicken Meal with fries or poutine and a medium Coke—definitely a go-to comfort meal. The Snack Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreo is always a treat, although sometimes I wish they’d add a bit more Oreo to make it perfect.

That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The Junior Chicken and fries are not always fresh; on a few occasions, the chicken tasted off, and the fries were soggy or cold, which was really disappointing. The lobby area also tends to be messy, with garbage left uncleared, and it seems like the self-serve station for lids, straws, napkins, and sauces is often not stocked properly. It’s a bit frustrating when you have to hunt for basic items during a busy visit.

While the food can be hit or miss depending on the freshness, the McFlurry and drink are always satisfying. With better attention to cleanliness and food quality, it could be a more consistent and enjoyable experience.
