Over the last 9-10 orders I’ve placed here, the quality has been impressively consistent — not just in the food itself, but in the overall experience. From the pizza to the sides, everything has been well-prepared, fresh, and packaged with care. Out of all my visits, only one order didn’t quite hit the mark — and even then, I wouldn’t call it a failure. It was a timed order, and based on the texture and temperature, I’d guess it was made too early and sat a bit too long. It wasn’t a major issue, just one of those things when timing doesn’t line up perfectly. If you’re not already using heat racks, it might be something to consider —

“I pay $35 plus tax for large pizza with pepperoni and cheese plus half with donair... they told me 30 min after it was 15 min and drop off quick about 10:50pm, I open pizza box and eat them after I noticed they full raw and not cooked. so I call them many time until he answers, I ask I want refund and it not cooked, he hung up... I will be there tmr morning and need refund. I ain't playing with ya“
