Food was quite pricey for what we received. Loud and too packed. Dogs in the indoor eating area.
We stopped by Picaroons Roundhouse today around 5, and while I was glad to find it quieter than usual, I’m sure the staff would have preferred the usual buzz of a full house! This spot is typically bustling thanks to its prime location and unbeatable atmosphere & drinks—whether you’re seated indoors or enjoying the patio.

Picaroons Roundhouse is a great brewery in a very scenic setting along the St John river. The location is amazing, on the rivers edge, with a beautiful setting for a family outing. There is an excellent selection of beers and ciders, and the draft beer is great. The food includes good pub grub and a taco food truck, with the burger, fries, and ice cream being popular options. The outdoor dining area has plenty of seating and is perfect for relaxing. A walking trail loops around the property. The employees are great, and the drinks are amazing. It is a perfect spot to stop in for a cold brew after a walk.
