The Joyce Pub Reviews
Stopped in during an east coast road trip, and was very pleasantly surprised. Out of all the pubs in Canada named after James Joyce, this is definitely one of the better ones. Had a delicious meal, that was fairly priced and had lots to eat. Their tap menu of local and nearby breweries was superb! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Excellent experience!
While the menu has limited GF options (I have Celiac's), they accommodated a GF Cesar salad (no croutons) and it was delicious. My server was insanely attentive. I don't think I ever got to the bottom of my water glass before he topped me up. They are very friendly, lovely people. And they have a GF dessert too!
Great atmosphere also for a fun night out! Definitely go here!
The waiter was fantastic, food amazing.. the outdoor eating on the deck was fabulous 👌

The Joyce Pub offers a pleasant dining experience, featuring a variety of well-prepared and tasty dishes. The charcuterie board is a standout, with a wide selection of options, and the smoked salmon is delightful, not overly oily or fishy. The short rib penne, a new addition to the menu, is surprisingly delicious, even with sour cream in the pasta. The deep-fried cheesecake remains a popular dessert choice. The servers are consistently friendly and efficient, and the extensive local craft beer menu is a highlight for beer enthusiasts. The relaxed and comfortable ambiance, created by the large wingback chairs, adds to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. While some past desserts may have been hit-or-miss, the food is generally delicious, especially the homemade wing dips. The Joyce Pub remains a place worth visiting again, offering a great atmosphere and quality dining.
