My daughter was invited to a birthday party there today and we were there first to arrive. Our group of friends had an issue with a game we bought at Unplugged. Even though it was a manufacturing issue, not the store's fault, Travis went above and beyond with solving it for us. Bravo! Best customer service ever!

Unplugged: Board Games Cafe & Escape Rooms is a great place for the whole family to eat out and have fun without breaking the bank. The price is amazing, the food is good, and the staff are wonderful and friendly. Delicious desserts are available. The selection of games is great, with TONS of board game options, including an adults only section. The tables are super fun with lights and a surface you can write on. The escape rooms are phenomenal, and you get free access to the board games room afterwards. It is loud, of course, as it is a place for all ages to let loose and play games. It is a wonderful place to spend an evening or day off, and fun for all ages.
