We had breakfast at Viscount this morning. It's always been a bit uneven, but today was worse than usual. My husband ordered breakfast A1: the eggs with longganisa and bacon. I ordered the sizzling sisig. His eggs were cold, although he ate them anyway. My sisig platter came with a half-cooked egg on top. Seriously: there was about half a centimetre of raw albumen floating on top. I sent back just the egg, so I could eat the rest.

We ordered the kare kare, the fried chicken and the sisig and it was delicious and freshly prepared. We highly recommend!
Had dinner here with friends tonight. Sisig sizzling plate was great! Highly recommend. Order took a while but staff was friendly.
