“The Cabin is a classic restaurant that has been Fredericton’s not so secret treasure for years. I’ve eaten here for decades and the greasy spoon has always left me satisfied. It’s not fancy but well priced with amazing portions. I love thé atmosphère there.“
“We had the pleasure of staying at the Fredricton Inn for a weekend and ate at the restaurant a few times.Featured is a breakfast sandwich with home fries. The breakfast sandwich was HUGE. Another day we had the eggs Benedict, that was also delicious. It was only eggs in an English muffin with the holandaise sauce. Lastly is potato bacon soup bowl, which was also very delicious !The servers were kind and the food came soooo quickly. When it came to alcohol selection there were very few options, but this wasn’t something that bothered me. The tables by the window/green house style area was different and a nice experience.“
“If you love car culture then the many photos of local drag racing cars that adorn the walls will be great to look at. The food was great and served hot and timely. Oh did I mention this is the home of the bottomless fries? The staff were super attentive and our coffee cups were kept topped up throughout our visit.Apologies for the lack of photos. I didn't have my phone with me.“
“What a great place... Every staff member welcomed us with a "good morning" and bid us good day when we left. The food was excellent and was prepared fresh for us... one order at a time! The coffee was freshly ground for every pot. What a great spot! The only regret is that it took me 13 years to come here! Not a great group place as there is only counter service but awesome for a few people in a group (1-5). It takes a bit longer to get your order than other restaurants BUT... it is fresh and hot because they only do on order (slip) at a time! Too bad there isn't an option for 10 ⭐ out of 5!“
