Fantastic service, caring environment, local produce, almost everything you need in one small store.
I went to Aura to get stuff for my kids. They caught a few normal viral illnesses and got tonsil stones after being hit a few times add a round of antibiotics some steroids from the doctor trying to rid them. However months of no change I spoke with the dentist and basically told me their mouth flora wasn’t performing great and to brush more and keep it free of debris to try and just over time phase them out by letting the clean mouth lower the immune response.
