We got takeout from them while on a road trip and it was great! The crust was really flavorful and thick - crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Yet the pizza was not overwhelmingly heavy or rich, like a Chicago-style pie. The guys behind the counter seemed super nice too - passionate about their pizza and excited to be serving something a little bit different!
We ordered our first pizza tonight and it did not disappoint. It was exquisite. The Rebel flavour combination was incredible and I hope it becomes a staple. Between the tender hoisin pork and the pizza crust - 10/10!!
