“Amazing staff, every one of the women working there have been nothing but lovely to me in my 5 years at STU! Going to miss these amazing people. Can be busy, but when you consider that this is a location in a building made for students it makes sense; it’s busy between classes, plan out your visit if that’s an issue for you.“
“Myself and a friend literally come to this location every morning at 9:30 am for our morning coffee. Every morning its the same thing. 20 workers running around behind the counter. One person serving customers that are lined outside the door. That one person speaks little to no English and is slower than the second coming of Christ. We would go to another location but we work 1 min away from this location.
Im hoping the owner sees this post and shakes things up because its ridiculous waiting for 20min just to get a med black coffee and a tea.
Seriously.....get you act together.
Cheers,“
“This will, whether I like it or not, always be the very first place that my 3 year-old threw up all over himself.
He couldn't decide whether he wanted a hot chocolate or a glazed chocolate donut, so by thunder he asked for both. I warned him it might not be a prudent digestive investment — considering we'd just come from Fredericton Farmers Market where he'd annihilated a ham and cheese croissant as big as his head — but he insisted.
Sometimes a kid just has to test his chocolate limits, and I'm glad this Tim Hortons got to be a part of my son finding his.
Food-wise: as you'd expect. But two extra stars for being the stage for such a seminal and spectacularly disgusting moment.“
“I was here April 8,2022 between 5:30 - 6:00 pm and had one of the best drive thru experiences ever.. the story is to long to type out, I'll give a short version. as I was ordering and having idle chit chat with the drive thru worker( which was hilarious) I mentioned it was my birthday and I should get a free muffin( totally making a joke about the free item) I get to the window and they gave me the free muffin.. I didn't catch both their names but one was named Cameron. I just wanna say you made my day with the conversation and free muffin. Both were so friendly and funny? keep up the good work and happy spirit“
“This location consistently delivers the best service experience. Despite the morning rush, the staff is always quick, friendly, and genuinely cheerful. My order is made perfectly every time, and they handle everything with a positive attitude.Highly recommended!“
“I was ordering my coffee, I was attacked by a Karen... (oups.... It was my mom...) But thankfully the employees jumped over the counter and did a takedown and gave her a trespassing, saving my life which I gave 1 WHOLE dollar tip for the heroism. 10/10 would recommend“
“This Tim Hortons unlike the one close to my work in the city typically makes my cold brew to perfection, have products actually available and each item meets expectation. Their staff are nice and they are typically pretty quick for service as well.“
“Stopped by for a quick dark roast and to take advantage of the $1 donut-with-coffee deal (and of course, hockey cards!).
After ordering, the team member let me know they were out of dark roast and would need to brew a fresh pot. It only took about five minutes, which I didn’t mind at all, especially knowing the coffee would be fresh and hot, just the way I like it. I had some time, and in the meantime my little one happily enjoyed an apple fritter and was kind enough to share a little piece with me.
As usual, it was a pleasant experience. Friendly service and fresh coffee make for an easy stop.“
“I’ve really enjoyed my time working at Tim Hortons. The people here are super friendly and always willing to lend a hand when things get busy. Management is supportive and understanding, and they really care about the staff. Every day is a little different, and I’ve learned so much about teamwork and customer service.“
“It always amazes me how slow this Tim's is. I understand it is busy but there are always so many workers that they are tripping over each other behind the counter but yet it still continues to be slow for everyone to get their orders, particularly if it is for food.“
“A giant shoutout to Misty! She noticed — in the middle of the rush hour — that I had been waiting for my food for a good number of minutes and asked me if I got my order first, before I even decided to approach the counter. I worked in a dining hall before and I know it really took a lot of care and attention to notice a customer’s order going missing when you are in the middle of preparing 20+ food orders. She is a real champ!
Also I thought I should quickly mention that most staff members who work here are absolutely awesome. Thank you Tim’s team!“
