Tim Hortons in Fredericton

“The staff are the friendliest you get in Fredericton, even though they have to deal with plenty of entitled university students. It also seems to barely have any missing menu items which is a plus considering many places in town don't have stock often. I also like that they are open during the summer because I work on campus and they are always open after those late night exams which is a nice mood booster. Overall one of the better Tim's in town and I appreciate the staff here a lot.“

“Amazing staff, every one of the women working there have been nothing but lovely to me in my 5 years at STU! Going to miss these amazing people. Can be busy, but when you consider that this is a location in a building made for students it makes sense; it’s busy between classes, plan out your visit if that’s an issue for you.“

“The line up for drive through was long but went quickly. The person taking the orders was (and always is when we get them) very polite, easy to understand and loud enough to ear with ease. Good job! Order was accurate and the coffee and tea were hot.“

“I was here April 8,2022 between 5:30 - 6:00 pm and had one of the best drive thru experiences ever.. the story is to long to type out, I'll give a short version. as I was ordering and having idle chit chat with the drive thru worker( which was hilarious) I mentioned it was my birthday and I should get a free muffin( totally making a joke about the free item) I get to the window and they gave me the free muffin.. I didn't catch both their names but one was named Cameron. I just wanna say you made my day with the conversation and free muffin. Both were so friendly and funny? keep up the good work and happy spirit“

“Food is tim hortons food, you get what you expect from a tims. Renovation is very nice BUT they removed the high chair for whatever reason( in a response to another review 3 days ago they said they put guest satisfaction as a top priority but not babies i guess?)so the store gets an overall 1/5.

“This Tim Hortons unlike the one close to my work in the city typically makes my cold brew to perfection, have products actually available and each item meets expectation. Their staff are nice and they are typically pretty quick for service as well.“

“In my experience, this Tim Hortons is a convenient and welcoming place to enjoy a coffee, grab something quickly, or spend time with my friends. The team works hard, environment is clean and their efforts should be appreciated.

Everyone deserves kindness and respect, especially the employees who work hard to serve customers every day. It is unfortunate when reviews become unfair or seem to be influenced by bias. Working in customer service can be challenging, particularly during busy hours, but the staff continue to do their best while dealing with different situations and personalities everyday.

Overall, this is still one of my preferred places to visit.“

“Brought the kids here on a Tuesday evening after soccer practice and it was exactly what we needed. The staff were so friendly and patient while my little ones took forever deciding between Timbits flavors. We grabbed a booth near the window and it was warm and cozy inside, which was a nice break from the cold. Definitely our go-to spot for a quick treat after a busy weeknight.“
