“As expected, the food itself is pretty uniform across all Tim Hortons locations. The last time we were here during a hockey game, my kids and I stopped in for a couple of treats and hockey cards. Each kid got a donut and a hockey card pack, and I ordered a large dark roast coffee.
Even though the place wasn’t busy, it took about 5 minutes to get the kids’ items. After waiting another ~10 minutes, an employee let me know that they didn’t have dark roast coffee. There was then a bit of an awkward pause, no mention of brewing a fresh pot or suggesting an alternative, just silence. I ended up asking if I could have a regular black coffee instead, which they said yes to right away. An odd experience. Tim’s running out of coffee 😉“
“I am tired of my bagel wrappers being covered in butter on the outside. It would be better if the person making the bagels would remove butter covered gloves before folding the package paper closed. They even handed it to me at the window with the butter covered gloves.
However, the window server was super friendly.“
“Best Time Horton's around. Well worth the stop every time when going by on the highway. The server on cash was amazing today. We stopped in on our way to & from Moncton today. She was there both times. Coffee is always perfect, the timbits were super fresh & our breakfast sandwiches were so good!!“
