Tim Hortons in Rothesay

“Today when I came to Tim Hortons for coffee and food, I received very great service from one of your employees. I asked her name today, and she told me her name is AMAN.She was very friendly, polite, and professional. You’re lucky to have such a great employee. She really made my day.

Whenever I come to Tim Hortons, she always greets me with a smile. Her smile truly makes me happy and gives a very positive feeling. Today I was with a lady, and she also said that this girl always gives such a positive vibe. One more important thing she noticed was that Aman always changes her gloves after handling each food item. She changes gloves and washes her hands regularly. The lady even said that she has never seen this level of care at any other Tim Hortons before. She said this is the first employee she has seen who is so careful about cleanliness and food safety.

She mentioned that managers should be proud to have employees like her because customers leave feeling happy. I would also like to say to the owner, thank you for having such wonderful staff and for providing such great service.

I also noticed that she greets everyone happily and even asks how they are doing. It makes the whole experience feel very welcoming.
