There are two drive thru speakers to place an order. When we got to the takeout window we were handed a drink and a bag that we unfortunately just paid for and it wasn’t our order.The cashier then had me pay for my order after I handed back the items that were not part of my order.Then she issued me my refund.Poor customer service at the drive thru window especially when the staff were standing around talking to each other.Vegetarian options: I enjoy the taste of the vegetable...read full review
Our food was prepared by a trainee who did not know what she was doing. It's not her fault as her trainer was off doing other things. He would look over and shout orders on what to do next. Very unprofessional.
