“I stopped for supper of everything bagel with garlic spread, medium steep with 1 sugar and 2 creams, and for my wife, plain bagel with butter and medium french vanilla.
We were on the go but preferred to go in-store than use drive through. We got fast and friendly service and I could not help noticing an elderly gentleman enjoying his food.“

“This smaller foot print Tim Hortons does not have a drive-through on site however, there is plenty of parking available and usually not difficult getting a parking spot nearby. The service here is good and quick. Full service Tim Hortons with plenty of seating inside. I've always found this store to be clean.“
“It's a popular coffee shop. It's usually busy because the coffee is amazing. Also the sandwiches and donuts are lovely. The last time we went through the drive through and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had brought back their delicious Walnut Crunch. Yummmm ? It went so well with my delicious Tim Horton's dark roast coffee! ?“
“Always great workers, I dont drink coffee so I cannot comment on it but what I do get there is always really fresh and this locations is super fast unlike the other location I live closer too but choose to come here. They make the same amount of mistakes as any other fast food restaurant I go too. Nothing to complain about.“
“The staff here are super friendly! Always fast and accurate with the orders! However I don't often come in the building to have coffee as it is always cold and small inside . No booths for privacy. We really need a bigger spot to enjoy!

“I’m a regular customer. I come here every morning to grab my triple triple steep tea, and I must to say that the time to prepare my order has been reduced to a great extent. I really appreciate the all hard working team, who always deals with me in a perfect manner, eye-contact and with a great smile. I definitely recommend this fast service place to everyone. I love this place because of quick and accurate service.

“I’ll start by saying I visit this Tims every morning. Tiana, Jasper, MJ, Eric, Roger, Maggie (don’t see her too often) are amazing. Want to know who is the most amazing? The manager. Casey is awesome; he always has a smile on his face and I’ve never experienced seeing him cranky EVER. It’s refreshing to see a manager lead by example; im sure his positive attitude and sunny disposition rub off on his staff. I remember the store had an event that had some Sesame characters and Casey was so kind to give my granddaughter a very special balloon.
Enough about the staff haha, their mocha ice coffee is the breakfast of champions and is consistently made well.“
“Timely service most of the time, but like most fast food restaurants, sometimes get your order wrong. But they redo it when it's incorrect. They generally do a good job.
Wheelchair accessibility: It has wheelchair and "Disability" accessible parking. As well as entrance easily entered by wheelchair. Automatic push-button doors available at most locations.“
“For some reason the pre order from the app takes way longer than going through the drive through. I absolutely loved being 15minuts late when I timed a 10 min Tims stop into my trip because it took a good 25 min longer to get my preorder ready. That I had placed 5 minutes before arriving at the location. 30 minutes for fast food is wonderful. Even if the line is wrapped around the building and on the street it will still be faster than pre-ordering the meal. Highly recommend not using the pre-order function or going inside this restaurant.“
“We go to this tims all the time. They are a lot better than some of the other tims around Saint John. Although at the end of the day it's Tims and you can only expect so much, I couldn't do it, so cheers to the ones who do! Wouldn't be an easy job.“
“I just wanted to tell the entire staff that they are amazing. While getting lunch they were delt with some very belligerent folks. They are probably suffering like many places with lack of staff but are still smiling and upbeat. They are human. Its a reminder to folks to just be kind to one another. ✨️ you never know what someone is going through.“
“I came here with an expectation to sell my gun, and upon attempting to sell it by pointing it and showing it to the person behind the cash register, they cooperatively agreed to give me 230$ in exchange for the weapon. I would say this is a slight overpay, but I love how instinctively they decided to agree to this offer. As an autist, I find it quite difficult to understand and convey emotions properly, and so I really appreciated how the cashier helped me immediately and did what I asked for with no delay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this pawn shop to anybody else passing by. (PS: The food sold on the side here is also a great addition and makes the experience ever more memorable.)“
“I just wanted to share my experience. I placed an order through my mobile, and when I arrived, I was informed that some items were unavailable. The staff offered suitable substitutions, and upon my request, they even provided a separate order as a complimentary gesture. This is the kind of customer support we hope to receive from Tim Hortons, which unfortunately seems to be missing at many locations these days. After having a very bad experience at another Tim Hortons yesterday, I truly appreciate the way this location handled the situation.
I didn’t get the name of the girl at the drive-through, but she spoke with me very politely and handled everything with great professionalism and kindness. I’d really like to give her a special shout-out for her excellent customer service. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.“
