“I've always love tim hortons as their iced coffee (I mostly drink ice no matter how cold) it is always less sweet than s*bucks and it is less acidic also their honey cruller are honestly the best chain donut in my world. “I'll give this location a four because they do service customers very quickly. If you go at what people would consider a normal break/lunch time, it's very busy. Despite it being busy, ive never experienced them running out of what I wanted. If you are looking to sit down and chat while you have your coffee this isnt the place for you. Limited seating in a high traffic area.“
“Usually have quick service. Get orders right most of the time. We were there yesterday at supper time to eat in and all the counter tops and surfaces were really dirty. So took one star off for uncleanliness. *Update to say slightly less happy with the establishment but more so a Tim Hortons issue than this location I think. I tried to order a classic old fashioned sugar doughnut the other day and they told me they aren't carrying it anymore because they had to make room for the new (gross) specialty doughnuts. I haven't been back to a Tim's since to find out if it's happening everywhere in the city or just this location.“

They are probably suffering like many places with lack of staff but are still smiling and upbeat. They are human. “On several occasions I have bought breakfast and sandwiches or coffee from this location of Tim Hortons and trust me they have NEVER disappointed me. They always get the orders right and that says a lot about how hardworking and dedicated staff they have. Truly appreciate the way they handle this store. Be it drive thru or in store orders, always on point and maintains the same quality of food and beverages. I have been to other locations in the town but I always, always prefer this location for the very same reason!“
