Fine Tim Hortons, terrible neighbourhood. It's the only place Uptown I can grab a quick bite, without paying +$20 for a "restaurant experience". I feel bad for rating it 3 stars, cause the issue is 100% with the locals, and not the restaurant owner and staff. But travelers need to know that they should visit ANY other Tim Hortons if possible.
This Tim Hortons has unfortunately run into a lot of issues with non-patrons using the place as a hangout.For that reason, they have now been forced to make this Waterloo Street location drive-thru and take out only, and bathrooms are not accessible to the public at all anymore.Also, the doors are locked at 7:00PM for takeout, but still have the drive-thru opened regular hours 11:00PM.This is not the fault of the restaurant itself, but because of the actions it needed to take...read full review
