Jammed up parking lot, slow service, both establishments. Tim Hortons seems to be one of the slum establishments these days along with some of the other Westside places. It is one of those places where it seems to be too much trouble to get something to eat or a beverage. Tim Hortons in general has gone down hill in flames in Saint John and surrounding areas in the last couple of years.
Tried to get an iced coffee, was told they didn't have any. Ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate, was told hold on they had to check. Then they said ok. Then I waited almost five min for a coffee and hot chocolate... The other day I went there for breakfast and they messed my order up while ordering more than 3 times. I got them to erase it all and start over, still didn't get it right. Ended up leaving and having to go to another Tims!
