I went in this morning. Lady serving me was nice but forgot to hand me the cookie I asked for. She was now busy with other customers. I saw what appeared to be a manager standing and not doing a thing right in front of the cookies. I told her that the other lady forgot my cookie. In a rude tone she tells me if she forgot my cookie then she can get it for me. Then rudely tells me she is too busy training. I understand if she was actually busy or if it had been more than moving her two arms for 5 seconds. But it was a simple request, I don’t understand why she was rude about it.

Messed up orders constantly even when you have dietary restrictions and you explain that prior to ordering. When I call to have my name in the book, I was told my name and number was putting down and come back and pick it up. Following through with that action I get there and even the manager says that they did not put my name or number down, and there is nothing that they can do. The rudeness from the manager herself is absolutely absurd, therefore I imagine it reflects on the employees, and I believe they deserve proper management and training!Being told by a manager that I am lying about my order is absolutely ridiculous, when I cannot eat certain things but yet you served it to me so I tried to get it fixed but yet you imply I'm 'fibbing'. I used yo come here every morning, now, I most certainly will not be back.!
