Amazing location right in the historic district. We had a harbour view and watched the cruise ships come and go. Lots of restaurants and shops around and easy access to everything. Check-in was quick and everyone was very nice. Rooms are big and clean with only negative being the low shower head (which is thankfully detachable) and the sloooooow flushing toilet. Overall we definitely would recommend this to others and would stay here again.
We are very pleased with our stay! Customer service was 10 out of 10 ! Shout out to Darlene that took 5 min of her time to chat with us! What a sweetheart and appreciate your hard work!

Delta Hotels Saint John is a comfortable and modern hotel located downtown, just steps from the harbour. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent customer service, making the stay truly enjoyable. Guests have noted that the hotel room is lovely, spacious, and clean, with king-size beds and good WiFi. The hotel offers a convenient breakfast buffet and has plenty of parking available, although parking can be tricky for larger SUVs due to a garage clearance of only 6’2”. Its excellent location places guests near all “uptown” amenities, with a fantastic selection of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, connected to the pedway system for easy access to downtown. Nearby, guests can find Brunswick Square with many restaurants and shopping options, and Market Square with additional dining choices just across the street. The lobby is large and welcoming, and rooms include TVs, telephones, and room service, with some rooms having one bed and others two beds, based on guest needs. The pool and hot tub are clean and perfect for relaxing. Some areas, like the shower head and elevators, feel a bit dated, but overall, the hotel remains a great place to stay for both business and leisure travelers, with professional and friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. Guests also enjoy the fantastic service at breakfast and the overall pleasant experience during their visits.
