“We stayed at the Delta St. John as a base to attend end-of-summer cultural events in and near St. John. The hotel is ideally located to bakeries, cafes, and restaurants that have become noteworthy on the St. John waterfront. As others have mentioned, parking is safe, protected, and links directly to the hotel mezzanine. Weekend parking is free, yet, because the parking is not owned by the hotel, there is a fee of about C$20 per day on weekdays.

Rooms were clean, quiet, and well appointed (even though the color scheme shouted 1980s!). Overall, a great value“
