Some staff have no idea what they are even doing, and it's clear. Love how you say one thing and they still don't get it correct.
Great service
For some reason the pre order from the app takes way longer than going through the drive through. I absolutely loved being 15minuts late when I timed a 10 min Tims stop into my trip because it took a good 25 min longer to get my preorder ready. That I had placed 5 minutes before arriving at the location. 30 minutes for fast food is wonderful. Even if the line is wrapped around the building and on the street it will still be faster than pre-ordering the meal. Highly recommend...read full review
