“As expected, the food itself is pretty uniform across all Tim Hortons locations. The last time we were here during a hockey game, my kids and I stopped in for a couple of treats and hockey cards. Each kid got a donut and a hockey card pack, and I ordered a large dark roast coffee.

Even though the place wasn’t busy, it took about 5 minutes to get the kids’ items. After waiting another ~10 minutes, an employee let me know that they didn’t have dark roast coffee. There was then a bit of an awkward pause, no mention of brewing a fresh pot or suggesting an alternative, just silence. I ended up asking if I could have a regular black coffee instead, which they said yes to right away. An odd experience. Tim’s running out of coffee 😉“

“Brought my golden retriever Maple along last Saturday afternoon and was thrilled to find out Mac's Delicious Diner actually welcomes dogs on their patio. The staff were incredibly friendly and even brought out a little bowl of water for Maple without me having to ask. I ordered the classic bacon cheeseburger and it was honestly one of the best I've had in Oromocto, perfectly juicy and loaded with toppings. If you're a dog owner looking for a relaxed spot to grab a great meal without leaving your pup behind, this place is an easy choice.“

“So so busy!!! Everyone was working so well together and handled the busy atmosphere so well. The only complaint I have is the person restocking the hot food moved food from one container to another with no gloves and used her fingernails to pick them up.“

“I just came from Starbucks and ordered 3 iced lattes, then the tray spilled all over the car mat on the passenger side. The girl asked me if I needed them to make 3 more which was so nice. But then the manager, Peter, came out with towels and cleaned it all up for me and then got me my order redone. I can't tell you what an amazing thing this was, sat in my car after and cried with gratitude.

“They never have anything anymore. Always gone. And it's so hard to understand some people with very heavy accents over the intercom to even decide what to order when they don't have what you want. Frustrating!!“

“Great little place. Haven't tried the pizza yet but will sometime. Love the staff! One more thing. A few months ago l decided to purchase a few items. The Manager (forgive me I have forgotten her name) was so helpful in locating the items I needed. I originally was picking up only a few things but she was so nice and so Bang on with her service (even got a basket for me.....and even carried it for me as well) that I decided to buy everything on my rather large list right there. That kind of service is so rare!!!! Their prices on many items are actually comparable to the large grocers and as I don't have a vehicle at present the need to use a taxi may have even made it less expensive for me. I now shop there very often. So convenient!“
