“My boyfriend and I made a road trip to Sussex. We noticed “The Falafel Spot” and pulled up with no trouble parking.Upon entering, the fresh ingredients pulled me into sensory satisfaction. Within seconds a huge smile and warm greeting from the owner welcomed us in.He asked us if we were familiar with the menu items or if we had any questions he could help us with. As we knew our way around the items on the menu it took us no time to decide. He made a recommendation that one of us try the spicy version of the falafel wrap. We ordered one spicy, one regular and a fries to share.We sat cozy and while we waited a short time for our food. We could see his talented wife preparing our food in their clean kitchen. It’s obvious they love their restaurant by the cleanliness and passion as they worked together. It felt like we were visiting friends.The food arrived incredibly fresh and hot. Instantaneously we could taste family traditions that you can’t get unless you are raised in this type of house hold. The kind of food that makes you wish your parents had cooked for you growing up.The only disappointment was how full I was and couldn’t eat two meals back to back. I settled with taking home dessert! We both took their baklava which upon first sight I knew this would be the best I would ever have. My instincts were most certainly correct!Im excited to go back to Sussex and have my second meal. I left full happy and snuggling into my darlings sweater.These two have created something wonderful with their restaurant I wish them many years of success.Thank youWe see you again soon“

“This is an interesting and tasty spot to stop. However the company needs to drastically upgrade/update its web pages. Web page said it opened at 7am and referred me to its FB page for accuracy!! Also when we got there only the coffee shop was open. Luckily, an employee who was in the building let me shop and rang in purchase. She was very kind to do so and I am so very grateful as I was just passing through from another province. Earlier in the month I wanted to order online but their web page didn't show all of the flavors I knew were available. IMHO they really need to stay on top of their social media. It's a must these days.“

“Great service and food and very clean environment carful food poisoning last Thursday morning July 28 2022 at 6am !! Bought a farmer’s wrap with no sauce after leaving Sussex on bike started feeling nauseous and in silver fox truck stop got sick like hell so recommended that you be careful in Sussex Tim Horton!!“

“Maybe the cleanest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been in. Staff were very polite and smiling as they got my supper ready. It looked great as well as tasted really good. They made it with care as to what it looks like which is rare these days. A very enjoyable experience. An obvious meeting place as there were tables put together for many people to gather and chat. Loved my visit there“
