“I've been finding that customer service is hit and miss in burger joints as of late. The Wendy's in Fredericton being a miss. This is often due to language barriers. I find people impatient with my wife when she asks for information about food products. My wife has a food allergy, and though not anaphlactic, it does create a skin irritation that can last for days.They also botched her order by only giving her half the food she had ordered.When she addressed the issue, they corrected it as they should.They chose to clear the garbage while we were seated about a meter from it. It wasn't full, so they could have given us a few minutes to clear out.The food itself was tasty but the overall experience could have been better.“
“I'm satisfied tremendously with the food here! I recommend a Baconator combo with a MooMocha latte. It's actually superb, haha. ? Area could've been cleaner, but customer service is above par for certain. Seats could be padded, too, for comfort during dine-in.“
