Unfortunately, I had another disappointing experience due to the poor service and food quality, which has prompted me to leave this review. The staff did not respond to my requests and completely overlooked me when I asked them to come to the table to show the egg, which was supposed to be over-easy but was almost fully cooked. The coffee was extremely weak — more like tinted water than actual coffee. Sadly, I will not be returning again.

There is never a line, they are so ungodly slow. They never get my order right, after explaining over and over. After telling them I wanted fries 3 times, even confirmed they had the fries. I did not get them after waiting for 25 mins with NO ONE else in the drive thru or there. Terrible place.

I recently ordered the Crispy Veggie Burger combo and was really disappointed. The burger came completely dry—no sauce at all inside the bun. Without any sauce it had very little flavour and was hard to enjoy. For the price, I expected a properly prepared burger. I hope A&W pays more attention to quality control so customers get the full experience next time.

Every time we come in, this staff member is super friendly and always helpful. She handles a bunch of tasks at once and keeps things running smoothly. Not sure if this staff usually working alone or if it’s just timing, but she does a solid job every time. Really appreciate her effort, definitely one of the standouts here.

No gloves are being worn by those handling and making your food...health inspector nightmare. Bare hand grabbed burger patties and everything else..health standards people..also they dropped fries on ground and put them back in bag.
