Danika was incredibly responsive via email, while the other bakeries in the area never got back to me. I sent photos of what I had in mind, and boy did they deliver, even going so far as to arrange them in the shape of “23” for the class of 2023! We got half vanilla and half carrot and they were both a hit, but my personal favorite was the vanilla. “Today at the SJ Regional you catered for university students and I worked in the clinic beside your set up. The tables looked awesome and when you were packing up offered us some food. “I honestly hate to complain, however I went to tim hortons on the corner of bishop and hanwell today on my lunch. Opened my sandwich and it was so burnt I couldn’t even eat it. So disappointed as I didn’t have time to bring it back . Just really upsetting that the person making my lunch thought this would be acceptable to eat .“
