Our 3 smoothies were either made incorrectly or they have Significantly changed the recipes. We were all disappointed with what we received. I tasted all of them and none of ours tasted right and they were not even the right colour. I also saw a post on local Facebook group where someone had the same issue, and it seems to be a general consensus that the products have changed. I would love to get some clarification because what we ordered was not at all what it used to be.

The brekkie balls were hard and stale. I asked the young woman with black hair if she had any that were fresher - in a different flavor maybe - an older woman who was her coworker interrupted with “ their good for up to a year in the freezer” and then the younger woman’s response was “they are chalky due to the whey”. When I told them that I have had these brekkie balls many times in the past they both stared at me almost mocking me and offered no solution.
The only helpful worker was the man - he took over for the young woman who was just standing behind the till and didn’t ask to take our order…

The staff at Booster Juice is very knowledgeable. I actually get juices that I freeze in ice cube trays to add to my morning smoothie.
