The staff was unbelievably rude and judgmental. The service I received was absolutely awful, disrespectful and insulting. And by the looks of your recent reviews this isn’t anything new. I suggest making some changes within the restaurant or no one’s going to ever come to dine there ever again with they way we are treated as paying customers.

Very rude and disrespectful staff. Had a take out, and when I came to pick it up they had said it wasn’t sent to the kitchen yet and it would take 20 mins before they even started making it. Which was really unprofessional and disappointing considering I’ve worked in the service industry and in most cases when this happens your order is sent to the top of priority. Considering I’ve already waited and showed up for my order and didint even receive a call to let me know it would be longer or even to explain the situation. And when I asked this I was met with judgement and dirty looks, and rude tone of voice with a reply of “it’s a human mistake, we make mistakes”. Will not be back. Staff and service is unacceptable and disappointing, don’t even bother. If this was treatment I got for take out I can’t even imagine the service when you actually sit in and have to have a conversation longer then 10 mins with the staff. Unnecessarily rude to paying customers.

I dined in with my best-friend, got my usual NY Strip loin meal. Macey, our server, was THE best waitress I’ve ever had. She was proactive with our needs, got our order correct right off the bat, and checked on us and our experience often. She was delightful to talk to and went out of her way to ensure we were content and enjoying our selves. I already loved Boston Pizza - but her service was above and beyond! Fredericton Boston Pizza is the place to go for excellent/fresh food and extraordinary service! Way to go Macey for providing service so excellent that I finally decided to leave a review!!!

Just terrible. Showed up as a group. Gave us drinks, took a nacho order from one group before disappearing for 20 minutes.
When the server ventually came around to take orders I decided to try the fish tacos. What a mistake. Batter was cooked to a crisp and one bite in and I thought it was chicken. I can't eat meat and had a bit of a panic before my friend who also had the fish tacos said his tasted of chicken as well.
Ended up opening the battered fish to check because it just really tasted like chicken salad and nothing like fish. Couldn't stomach it and didn't finish the other 2 tacos.
Incredibly slow service but I can understand a busy night so my problem is really with the food.
2 hours later and the 2 of us that had the fish tacos are gassy and have a stomach ache.
Huge mistake on my part and regret my restaurant choice.

Had a great experience at Boston Pizza Fredericton. The food came out hot and fresh, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and clean. Everything was well-paced and enjoyable. Definitely a solid spot for a casual meal or get-together. Highly recommend!

My server Kailey was great and the experience was good, however my gluten free pasta was slightly undercooked. Not enough to greatly impact the meal, however it was noticeable
