Mediocre experience to say the least. I've been here before and remember it being much better, but this time the food was rubbery, (chicken balls, sweet and sour chicken/pork) it just was not great. Surprising, even at lunch hour when the food should be very fresh. However, the coconut shrimp is great. Extra points for those.

Its good. Nothing to write home about but it's good. I will say it's definitely one of the more unique concepts I've experienced, and the food is good. I will say the lack of other stars is mainly attributable to variety and the inconsistency. Sometimes I'll have it and feel great, other times it's knocked me on my ass the rest of the day with stomach issues. They could use some variety as well. Sesame chicken instead of chicken and pork meatballs, etc etc. Obviously to keep prices down it may be hard but a chili chicken dish and a sesame chicken dish would be nice, especially since the only thing that changes is the sauce. Overall not bad.

I’ve visited the Northside Buffet To Go (Prospect/Brookside area) several times. The concept is great — you pay for a small, medium, or large container and fill it with whatever you like, as long as the lid closes. It’s a quick and convenient option when you’re craving variety on the go. Service is typically friendly and fast. While the quality can be a bit inconsistent at times, it’s overall a good value for the price.
