Finding a good restaurant in this city is quite challenging, and this Lebanese place had somewhat better food compared to others, but it still wasn’t exactly to my taste. The flavors didn’t fully satisfy me, and some dishes could definitely be improved.
Service was also not great; our waiter made several mistakes with our order and often forgot items, which made the overall experience a bit frustrating.
However, the atmosphere was very pleasant with nice décor that made the place feel comfortable. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained, which was a positive aspect.
If they improve the service and raise the food quality a bit, this place could be a good choice for a Lebanese dining experience.

Excellent food! Fattoush salad with pomegranate molasses drissel was fantastic. Garlic sauce is tangy. I recommend ordering an extra with bread as a starter or a side.
This is a good option in downtown Fredericton. The food is very good and the service is friendly and prompt. They also have vegan options.

Food and service were great. My first time trying a Lebanese restaurant and loved it. I was there for a dinner meeting. It was a little loud and noisy but the server did turn down the volume on the music at our request and from there on it was quite pleasant.

Byblos Restaurant and Bar was one of the dining suggestions from our Airbnb host, after 2 weeks of seefood we were ready for something different and we were not disappointed. We ordered the dinner for 4 and some falafels, everything was delicious and fresh. I really enjoyed the fattoush salad and the hummus but everything was amazing.
