Absolutely spectacular experience at Claudines. We went specifically for their famous Caesars (The G.O.A.T) and wow did it impress! We also got the French onion soup, which was equally as delightful. Our server was kind, funny and knowledgeable. You could tell that he had been in the industry a long time. The restaurant was located in an unassuming strip mall, but inside is cozy and clean.

After googling best breakfast in Fredricton… Me & the Wife decided to stop in and have Brunch. Everything was outstanding… Even had the owner take order and serve! It was nice that they were licensed and had a selection of local craft beer and Mimosa’s on the ready!

Came here for breakfast. Service was great, staff were friendly. Food was excellent and very fast, very reasonably priced. We brought our toddler and the staff were very accommodating, they had a high chair, and gave him orange slices to munch on while we waited for the meal. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Claudine’s Eatery is an absolute gem! We had the pleasure of trying the seafood chowder and seafood fettuccine, both of which were wonderfully creamy and bursting with flavor. Each bite showcased the skill of the chef. The full house Caesar was a showstopper—huge, fresh, and delicious. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service made our dining experience truly special. I can’t recommend Claudine’s enough for a delightful meal!
