Can't believe I've never written a review for this place. Troy is one of the kindest people in the industry. He always chats with me every time I order and displays his true passion for what he does. I get a new story from his time in Jamaica every time I visit. The food is top notch, and authentic. Love travelling to the Caribbean and eating here is a great place to eat between travels. I've already recommended it to all my friends, so consider this a recommendation...
I am very critical of anyone who says they are cooking Jamaican ?? food, as that is what I do for a lifestyle. I must say that this Canadian who cooks Jamaican food takes our Jamaican food to another level of a healthy way of cooking and excellent taste! Now when I visit my family and friends in Jamaica ?? I can tell them I mate a Canadian ? who is cooking Jamaican food way better than some of us ? well done! Sir. Nikki's Kitchen approves this review.
