My first time trying Cora’s in Fredericton today, I usually never have any complaints at the one in Moncton. I really enjoy the menu selection but this morning I ordered pancakes which the top ones were not cooked through and had a bitter taste from the uncooked batter which I could see it was uncooked in the middle.
Over all great service n pleasant Atmosphere.

Went with a friend and as usual did not enjoy the food very much. The service was wonderful and she was very kind.

I won’t review this place based on my two bad experiences. They are not bad overall it’s usually fine but today there were only two tables and they still forget to bring the toast, even after reminding it took them so long that we already finished our breakfast without the toast and Server was not even sorry about it.

Service was ok, waitress forgot to bring us water also ask for extra napkins but forgot to bring that also. Everyone is supper friendly.
Food wasxa bit off on taste, I assumed that all Cora nationwide use the same standard pancake recipe, but it seems this one is different. Pancake tasted bland like there is something off with the recipe when compared to Québec.

We are never disappointed when we go to Cora's. Our one a month trips are totally worth it. The food is great and the staff are fantastic!

While we were dining, we unfortunately found a hair in our food. That said, the server handled the situation very professionally—she was quick to offer a replacement and ultimately did not charge us for the breakfast, which we appreciated.
However, I did want to point out a potential concern regarding kitchen hygiene. We noticed that none of the kitchen staff appeared to be wearing hairnets or beard covers. This might explain how hair ended up in the food. I understand accidents happen, but I was under the impression that food safety policies typically require kitchen staff to wear proper protective coverings to maintain hygiene standards and quality control.
Just wanted to bring this to your attention in case it’s something that needs to be addressed. Thank you again to the staff for handling the situation respectfully.

Service was great, food was at best mediocre. Coras has been a safe and predictable choice for a good breakfast in other locations but the food here at the fredricton shop seemed rushed. Eggs were just under, toast was only shown the toaster and the home fries were tough and seemed like they might have been cooked the previous day.

I love Cora's but this location in Fredericton sucked so bad. The food was not up to par, my youngest wouldn't even eat his favorite dish from there.

Great place to take the family for breakfast.
It was his choice and we came back a second time the next day because he loved it so much.
Homemade healthy breakfast with smoothies
Had a wonderful miday brunch at Coras with my son. Service was friendly and food was great. Thankyou to our gentleman server. 4/19
Waste of money and time! The portion sizes are incredibly small, 2 eggs looked like 1, and the bacon was gross. The pastry was raw which was disappointing. And to top it off the “home fries” looked like apple slices, I don’t think they even tried to cook them. Shameful.
